Just paid for my ps4 at GameStop. No money out of pocket. Traded in my old ps3 and 360 and a few worthless games. Ill post what I got for each system when I get home. They are running an extra 30 percent trade in bonus If you trade towards the ps4 and games. Preordered infamous and bf4. I know theirs a chance that infamous won't make it at launch but that's alright. I'll end up getting killzone at launch as well.

I forgot to add. I asked the guy who was doing the trade ins how the preorders for PS4 and xbox were going. He was like well I'm not allowed to say how many preorders we have, but PS4 is doing a little better. The other guy then stepped in guessing it was the manager and was like ok don't lie PS4 is kicking xbox ones *** in pre orders I wasn't the only one trading instuff today for the PS4

Ok after bonuses for the PS4 80gb non BC I got 143 after bonus. For the xbox 360 250gb slim I got 175.50. In all honesty these weren't bad trade in values. I mean **** since I paid the ps4 in all credit I don't have to pay tax so that saved me another 35 or dollars. This is a better deal than selling on ebay. Plus much easier as well.

From what I read you will probably get right around the same. The BC might actually be worth trying to sell I'm not sure how much they run on ebay anymore. I just really didn't want to go through the hassle of selling it on ebay and hoping it arrives/seller is not a scammer etc.

That's why I haven't PO yet. Some what weak launch games. And by the time the most anticipated stuff comes out, who knows what kind of good deals stores will be running...like get a free game or two with purchase.

I wouldn't call them weak launches at all. Killzone 3 looks amazing. BF4 I guarantee will be a launch title and will be great as well. The Order looks promising, Watch Dogs looks awesome, Knack I haven't paid attention to but I dig the art style so I will definitely check it out. Theirs more, but you get the gist. I don't think either console has bad launch titles. Way better than the 360 and ps3 launch titles.

Being older than when the last gen were released, ive never been frustrated waiting for a console.

I have the funds and huge tv for an ultimate game set up but no console yet. Its gonnabe a loooooooong wait!

i hope the current gen playstation remote works with the ps4. no reason it shouldn't as it is bluetooth.

Blue is obviously the Playstation's new theme color. I like blue more than green.

The blue looks great! Assuming the cases will be clear and the border will be blue. I always hated the ugly *** green cases xbox had. Plus I like the smaller bluray sized cases ps has.

Those who managed to preorder the launch edition will get a PS4 on launch day. Those who did not manage to order a launch edition will get a PS4 at a later date, due to supply constraints. That is, as of now, the only difference between the two.

While I am not a fan on the blue, I understand why they did it - needs to jump off the shelf and let people know 'green is MS' & 'blue is PS4'
