I can't imagine that this issue will be brought up for the first time, but something needs to be done; and now. You have clearly expanded into a company that appeals to many forms of collectors - with even more coming with Disney, etc - but your website and specifically on newsletter nights needs dramatic overhaul. It has gotten to the point where it is not even fun to wait with anticipation like it once was; there is very little joy on Thursdays anymore, rather it is a frantic and stressful experience even to READ or access the newsletter itself. Something must be done about this and NOW, you are alienating collectors and making the pre-order process even more stressful than it needs to be.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. :peace

I don't think it's the Disney fans causing all this :D

But yeah, this has been going on too long, even during some PPO events.

They didn't caue this one but their addition will make future ones worse.

Lol, hopefully by then the servers won't be a problem. Like LOTRFan said, this will just alienate some customers.

Far too long, and carelessly so.

No, I wasn't blaming Disney fans; I was saying it is only going to get worse! :sick

You would think that Sideshow would have fixed their issue after they bragged about the Anakin 12" burning them up.

Again, I think people should take theabove post and mass post it on their newsletter message. The only way they will get the hint is if tons of collectors make the server problems clear and visible to others.

I love waiting for thursday to come so I can sit and wait and reload and wait and reload and wait and reload and wait and reload and wait and reload and wait and reload and....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................:monkey4

I'm definitely not impressed. I have to agree with LOTR. The waiting was fun when things were workig but this constant crashing and error crap has got to be addressed now.

Then finally see that what you've been waiting for is sold out...

I love Sideshow. And shamefully I admit I will keep putting up with this crap because I love them, but come on..invest some dough and get some new servers, care about us as much as we care about you and your product.........sadly the truth is they will probably do nothing because we all stick around, why fix anything if people still buy from you when you have a crappy order system?

I do too, they are the first booth I see every year at SDCC (among other outbursts of enthusiasm), and I have really appreciated some of their employees that I have met; they are a great company. I have benefitted personally quite a bit from them, and they have always given back - I have been collecting SS for more than 5 years. I hope my post is being taken respectfully, but direct; because this IS a MAJOR weakness that has to be fixed.

What type of problems are you guys having? Whenever I check out the NL or the website I have NO problems even on Thursday. The page and pics just pop up instantly.
