I do too, they are the first booth I see every year at SDCC (among other outbursts of enthusiasm), and I have really appreciated some of their employees that I have met; they are a great company. I have benefitted personally quite a bit from them, and they have always given back - I have been collecting SS for more than 5 years. I hope my post is being taken respectfully, but direct; because this IS a MAJOR weakness that has to be fixed.
LOTR please know I was not disagreeing with you or saying that I love them and you do not, what I was saying was that there is a problem and it DOES need to be fixed, but as long as we keep buying even with all the servers problems why would they ever fix the problem? As long as we keep paying them the problems will go on.
And I agree Sideshow always gives back to us, no doubt about that, contest, give aways, etc, but I also agree with you when you said it used to be so much fun on Thursdays, now it is just a frustrating relapse every week of reload, reload, reload.
