We are lucky this is not an open ES.

EX is already sold out so it's not bad at all.

I wonder what will be the ES for regular. My guess is 2500.

I'm hoping with a 1500 run I have a chance of converting in the next 6 months. This undoubtedly means the regular will be really big, not sure if I want that one though, the killer flowers are really the icing.

If they can pull off a really good Batgirl, and I can snag the EX Ivy I'll be happy. I'd like a 90's comic version Catwoman (she was my favorite Catwoman version), but seeing that they're already releasing the combat boot one that probably won't happen.

Wow! 1500! Why do I feel like this no longer collectible. I feel like someone just stole my snickers right out of my hand. Is it possible this isn't fun anymore

If they make a million and you buy it to put in your collection, its still a collectible. I could care less about how many items are out in the world. I will have one in my collection, not 1500.

The only thing I want to hear people _____ing about if the ES is high, is why higher prices? 1500 should not cost the same as say 750.

Hahaha if it this turns out to b 1500 googly eyes! They better get their ... together for me to stay in this

The ES is important, the ES should not sell out so fast, the ES is always TBD right?. With a ES we should wait to order. If the ES is high I will wait or pass. The ES is why I buy a statue. The ES is low then I buy it. The ES is getting to big? what do you think ES is the most important right? ES is why we buy statues? ES is more important than the sculpt? :wink1:

Then maybe you're buying for the wrong reasons :dunno

No, ES is absolutely not the most important reason to buy a statue, and if that's the only reason you're buying, then ink is totally right.

Sorry, but I buy what I like, what is done well, characters I love and items that are within my price range. Do you think I would pass up on Poison Ivy or Batman because of their larger ES numbers? Hell no.

Remember the good old days when rogue, storm, psylocke ex were all 500 pieces. SS is pumping these out like hot cakes now for all the popular ex, and no ES for all popular larger items. Those are the most wanted collectibles now which will no longer be collectibles.

I'm sorry, collectibles are anything you collect. For gods sake TRADING CARDS are collectible. Precious Moments are Collectible. Guns are collectible. Jewelry, belts, hats, bumper stickers, shoes, Coke machines. posters...I can go on and on.

The good old days are when side show was a small company, didn't know how many they'd sell and were going up against Gentle Giant and Bowen and DCD and Diamond.

Rogue and Psylocke EX were both 750. Storm is 500. But, I am very surprised that Ivy is so high at 1,500. I don't think she's anymore popular than the X-women.
