Oh, no, electro. I know you mean well, but I don't think these pics allow for such comparisons. ;-)

Hmm though one aspect that does kinda bug me a bit is the fact that the eye colour has been lost.

Yeah, hopefully that's just a lighting issue. Who knows, though.

Judging from your pic Shoo I would say it is mainly her left (our right) eye that is the problem. In the proto both eye lids are down a certain amount giving it that lidded sultry look. In the production photo her left eye appears to have less of that lidded appearance then her right eye, which appears to be throwing off the entire look just a bit. I don't know if it is a problem with the way the paint was applied or the way the mold was taken....:dunno

Still looks nice though

She does indeed. I think it all boils down to the paint job, though. The eyelid is sculpted and shouldn't be a problem.

What does bug me a little though is the connection between her right am (our left) and the hair. Do you guys see that red splotch there?

good one,Shoo :exactly:

I´ve drawn some lines to see the differences

YOU CAN'T do that Elec..,the angle is SLIGHTLY different which will throw off the comparisson.... Shoo is right the proto pic is taken from a higher angle you can tell by the fact that you can see a little bit of the top of her left area (our right) in the pic of the proto, but no the production photo. That ever so SLIGHT change in angle throws your comparisson lines RIGHT out the window as the angle change makes the distances between all of the major facial structures appear to change, EVEN THOUGH THE HAVEN'T. It JUST DOESN'T work with the angle change. If the angle changes were identical it would hold water, but they just are not.

It could be a splotch or it could be a highlight of red of her hair being reflected off either a shinny or lightly colored surface. Like how a white door in a brightly colored room can start to look like it has a tinge of the rooms color when in truth it is still just white. Hard to tell really...:dunno.

Sorry,it`s another angle,my fault :(

Do you now?

SDCC pics had that area obscured at all times, but it obviously has to be painted one way or another. Again, not a big deal. Just commenting for commenting's sake.
Oh that's where you're looking. I think all you're seeing is the hair. If someone at SDCC used flash, we may be able to confirm one way or another.

That sounds a little far-fetched to me, Spidey.

As I said, it's an area and must be painted one way or another. We just hadn't got to see it so far due to lighting.

let´s cut and zoom the HD pic

now this one is the proto face in HD,let`s wait to see some homemade shots to compare both well

Nope you are right I was looking a tiny red highlight on her arm. Not the different area of her hair... Sorry.. So we were looking at different things ... Oppps.

I love the piece. I'd love to get the auburn back in the pupils however they may have made the choice to remove it as they may have had problems aligning it perfectly. If removing the color is going to save me from googles I'm all for it.

I think that the production piece looks fantastic. This will look great with the others. Have faith. Good job SS.
