I am assuming Sideshow or the factory f-ed up. I think the regulars are all going to get the three heads. You might wonder....how do you know that? Well, it looks like Sideshow tried to cover their *** on the exclusive Ivy page. They now include a pic of just the one open-mouthed head on the main pic. I am pretty sure that wasn't there before. BUT, what they did miss is that the description for the exlcusive still says "Full-bloomed' man-eating plants, for alternate display."

I think Sideshow has some explaining to do.

Exclusives are an early incentive for early orders. For customers that jump on board right away and pay an NRD. I know that some people paid the NRD when ordering the regular, but I doubt those were initial orders.

This kind of reminds me of how they dealt with the Rogue PF. They changed all their photos on the site to the production piece. Thinking they could get away with the horribly painted portraits.

See it's things like this that SS needs to address. and people say I like to complain.

On the other forum, built2shred bought a regular, and his Styrofoam only had three cutouts for the three heads. Ex ones had four cutouts. Seems like it's set in stone. But will wait till I get mine to confirm

Nothing has been confirmed and no one ever said the exclusive and the regular were the exact same thing. Where do you come up with this stuff??

So... if the Ex isn't as desirable as first thought the flippers will not make the huge profit they expected from collectors?

The first part of your comment says that Sideshow needs to address the issue and then you say that I complain too much.
That makes no sense, it is a contradiction.

No I was saying you are correct on the issue of the mix up of the plants or whatever happen. It needs to be fixed by SS. I was not saying you complain too much, I was saying people was saying I complain when I post about these screw ups SS does. you are good my bro! I do admit kind of upset that we might lose one plant or both plants for the ex.

It seems in some of those images the paint is sloppy on the hair leading down to her chest. It's like the paint that is for her skin got painted onto some sections of her hair.

Hopefully mine doesn't turn out that way (especially being in Australia).

I noticed this too. Her hair doesn't seem to be painted where the sculpt of the hair meets the skin on her chest....maybe it's not as noticeable in person? I can't wait to get her!

So is it confirm that the reg and ex is the exact same thing? If so time to sell or trade my ex for a reg. I thought the ex comes with 2 extra plants that the reg does not have? Is this true?
