Ok, I'm sorry to hear about people who have problems with their Ivy. That being said, people like CBG, who are calling SS constantly about everything under the sun, including a BROWN SHIPPER BOX?!?!?, are going to make it harder for people with real issues to get their issues fixed in the future. SS won't want tobe as helpful as more pettiness comes their way. No statue is perfect, and I know we spend a lot on these, I've spent even more on "imperfect customs".Ok I never asked for a replacement head? Wtf? I asked about my cracked chip base and marks on her legs and base plus a new brown shipper because mine was destroyed in shipping. Shocked at not even a partial and no response to my brown shipper box. This is what I got:************* what happen to you SS?

CBG is another ranking entirely but getting your panties in a bunch over a slightly thicker application of drybrushing on one freaking leaf is being "whiny and entitled". You asked what people thought and you got it given to you straight.

Did anyone else get a coupon with their Ivy? I received a Save $20 coupon but I am not sure if I can use it on the Green Lantern PF or not. It states, Code cannot be applied to any Sideshow/Hot Toy item that became / becomes available for Pre-order or In stock from May 23rd - June 30th. I am confused by the wording on this.

Seems like ss is toughening up on their replacement policy. I knew that would happen eventually if collectors started abusing the policy. All good things must come to an end
The one thing I'm fussy about are the eyes, I can't handle lazy eye. That will completely ruin a perfect statue for me. Other than that I'm not that fussy, it would have to be something really bad for me to make a complaint but I've yet to have a problem or a problem I couldn't put right by myself anyway, hopefully it stays that way.
