My blastoise shipped yesterday he was always one of my favs so I can't wait to get him

I got my Blastoise today and I have to say that I like him a lot.

The sculpt, the paintjob and everything looks great but he kinda lacks in articulation due to his bulkiness and the hydro cannon effects are not the greatest.

If I have to compare him to the other two, I would say that he is my favorite but that might just be because I like Blastoise the most.

Nice!! The paint on Blastoise is great, thanks for the pictures man! It seems like Mewtwo's paint was just a fluke (and I hope we get a more accurate version in the future). Both Charizard and Blastoise turned out perfect.

I haven't looked at them in ages. They hid his mouth joint extremely well which is why I had to ask.

lol. Well to each their own. I guess I like him more white vs purple. Like almost every manga/video game/anime character there are variations in color. That said, I do like the purple version, I bought him after all. I just think of the whiter version as more definitive. In my mind anyway. It's nostalgia anyway, it doesn't work well with fact, lol.

I expect there will be a second version at some point without Mew anyway, at least that's the impression I get from the "Mew is limited" bit.

Love, love, love how Blastoise turned out. Not my favorite form of Squirtle (that would be Squirtle, then Wartortle), but very cool still.

I was really into the Pokemon TCG when I was a kid, and one of my favorite cards was Dark Blastoise. I think with the right lighting and angle the water effects are pretty cool. It's better than the S.H. Figuarts energy blast that looks like.. yeah you know what I mean, lol.

I hope they release a lightning and rock Pokemon, then an SH figuarts Ash. I'm hoping for Raichu and Onix myself.

As much as I hate to admit it, I'm betting they'll do more starter pokemon before they do more common favourite... There are several obscure pokemon I'd love to see but due to smaller/larger scale and lack of popularity it'll never happen. C'est la vie!
