Yeah, cartridge for me too. I did way too much looking into the download route before I picked up my 3DS. I wanted to either go all digital download or nothing. Downloading causes way too much headaches. If your system breaks before you do a transfer of your info to a new system, you're done for. Won't transfer and you've lost all of the downloads unless you get the old system working again. If they did an account-based service where your downloads were linking to an account rather than a device, I'd be all over that, but I don't see that happening with this console generation.
