Oh I've got no intention mate, not with £350 quid on the line.

Their Facebook diverted me in message them on Instagram- which I don't have but was happy to oblige and contact them there too.
Yeah I’ve been emailing them constantly for the last two weeks regarding my cancellation of my order and I’ve had no luck. Gonna give it till the end of this week then gonna get my bank involved. Might be a good idea to do the same

They did actually get back to me on email saying "I'll look into it". A few days later they refunded. I get the feeling it's not some big company, moreso a handful of guys that are trying to keep their head above water.

I’ve bought from Pop Collectibles several times and never had any issues. Makes me a bit worried for the couple of figs i have ordered with them.

People said the same for TW, "never had any issues", until they did.

Whilst Pop is nowhere near the level of TW shady, yet, it's still a bad look and a lot of red flags.

I think all of the content creators like @Jedha Patrol and Justin that are partnered with them should be having words before this gets any worse because I'm seeing more and more complaints about Pop lately. And their rep is on the line too - they're already being mentioned in the comments of those posts.

The only stores I trust at this point are TBA and OSK.

Shady retailers tend to do you well the first couple of orders and then the #### show starts. That’s happened to me twice now including TW. Jedha seems a stand up guy which is why I’ve used Pop but I’m going steer clear of them now.

Finally had a response, some 11 days later:

I will check on this and get back to you

Reads like someone has written it on a phone. I mean it's not some standard automated response, but doesn't look altogether professional either.

Given the responses in here I don't anticipate they will get back to me either without a lot of prompting.

This is word for word what I got recently...I've sent at least 8 emails trying to cancel the Soosoo "Homelight" (Starlight) figure, I've had it paid in full for nearly 2 years and I'm ready to move on from it. I've received one response out of 8 saying "I will check on this and get back to you." And nothing.

Time to start spamming them, I guess.

They just messed me over on an "IN STOCK" order for the Artisan Jack Sparrow, after almost 10 days of a "label created"
FedEx number I had to file a PayPal claim and then got a pretty quick refund from them.

Seems like they are heading down the Toys Blunderland path of selling things they don't have and then not responding
to complaint emails.

That's disappointing. I had 2 really good transactions with them to start, and then the 3rd one was a case of something marked as shipped but it sat for nearly a month, similar to your Jack Sparrow there. Now that I'm asking for a refund, they are completely radio silent. I think it's time to strike them from my list of safe retailers, but I probably won't lose a lot of sleep over it. They had decent prices on 3rd party stuff, but a lot of their Hot Toys were incredibly expensive compared to other places.

Same experience

For an „in stock“ figure I had to wait 14 days from „Label created“ to actual dispatch.
To their credit they answered very quickly to all my emails. First they said it was due to the holidays (10 day break) then two more emails were they said it would be dispatched soon. Finally today the status at FedEx changed.
I ordered from other sellers during the holidays and they kept sending out stuff if it wasn’t an actual holiday- also PoP could have mentioned that on their website

I don’t think they told the truth- I think they marked items as “in stock” they didn’t actually have and had to wait for the shipment.

I will never order from them again- feels really fishy
