Hahaha same here. I ordered Ryu...still haven't decided if I'll order Conan. Might watch the movie this weekend and see how I feel about it lol. I haven't seen it since I was a little kid so I don't really remember it, but I love Arnie so I'm keen.

The movie rocks and holds up well to repeat viewing. Be prepared to want it.

Looks Amazing! Wow such an awesome sculpt.... what are the chances they will change the base on production? That's the weakest part of this, so accurate to the movie then BAM, flat stone base...where did that come from?

That sculpt is perfect! Paint job looks a lot better in this video but his hair needs work. Too dark and flat. I did notice that Jerry said on Statue Forum they were thinking about redoing the hair and we're open to opinions on it.

Love the weathering on the clothes too. Only thing I don't like is the base.

I too would prefer a more evocative sandy base, but I understand Jerry's going for clean and classy and I'm OK with it.

Hate the base .... but this pose and scene was always my Conan wish list grail...

Not sure if I like this better overall than the old Sideshow PF which is still on my shelf.

True ....but I have so little skill in statue mods that I'd even find a way to screw that up

What would other members think of a warpaint exclusive? A few folks (myself included) on Statue Forum would buy it on the basis that a lot of PCS' exclusives tend to be fun repaints that aren't necessarily meant to be totally accurate to the scene. Plus it would justify the marble base more.
