I do and I don't see people stand flat-footed when they fight, unless they're tired or something.
I too was surprised that Sagat's front foot is flat on the ground. Generally it should be on the toes right or lifted in the air?

They use the same fighting style dude.
And in all the games Sagat keeps the back of his front foot raised and keeps the toes on the ground.
The weird thing is that this statue is pretty much his exact standing animation pose just without the key element to his style.

I really dig this figure, did anyone hear news about popcultureshock doing street fighter line again? I really missed out on the shin akuma..

Exactly, he should be standing on his toes.
The only fighters that really stand flat-footed are boxers in their heavy boots. Martial artists need to have that "spring" in their legs that you only get from standing on your toes.

Aren't the PCS stuff generally really light though? Like the materials they use lack the heft you would expect on a Sideshow statue or from a resin statue.

Totally! He looks so beast!I'm little confused. I saw 2 different head sculpt. Does anybody know if the regular version comes with both head sculpt as well?
I noticed they have the spandex outfit as an exclusive on their site. When does the regular go up for preorder through Sideshow and will Sideshow get the spandex version as well? What exactly is the EX anyway?
You can PO regular on BBTS or unbarn-collectors, I think SSC will go on PO sometimes later this week. The spandex one is the limited 85 count edition which is too late to PO. You had to send pop culture shock an e-mail certain day which they specified on their website and be first 85. Oh well I love that one but its too late.
Though I am still greatly interested in this piece, it will be a bit of a weird addition to my collection if I do get him. For one, I don't care all that much for Sagat. He's a lot more interesting than Ryu and Ken and such at least. Another thing is I don't have any other Street Fighter statues and honestly most of them don't look appealing anyway aside from maybe the Zangief and Ken.
Hopefully they make another statue as nice looking as Sagat but of a character that interests me. Since they have done Bison and Vega I guess it makes sense Balrog will be coming up, but man that guy couldn't be more forgettable. Would love to see a Dudley, Ibuki, Alex, Q, Oro, Makoto, Hakan, Rose, Gen, Guy, Urien, or Remy. Then again, I think it is best PCS avoid doing females and most of my characters aren't popular enough for them to bother with.

$345!!!!! Shiat,really wasnt expecting such a high price. Gonna have to choose between him and HT Hulk sigh..

SS EX comes with two heads and different shorts. Regular comes with shorts shown at SDCC and the mouth closed headsculpt,which was on the floor next to Sagat at SDCC.
