I don't see the harm in her reading to kids. I would only find it a problem if the kids themselves actually knew or cared what she used to do for a living.

I don't either, I'm actually in the mindset that commends her for wanting to take the time to do this.

On the other side I think the school board, or the person responsible for arranging her attendance, should've looked into her background a little more. It surprises me that they didn't find this out, yet someone else did after the fact.

~~~Wouldn't it be more appropriate to have someone else from the community come and volunteer for this? Say, from the fire department or police department? Hell, where I work I get phone calls all the time from retired military Veterans asking where they can go and volunteer some time.

Actually I think Sasha Grey was in an independant film and was praised for her acting.

You can think they are weird, or look down on them, ect.. However, some of these women are very smart business people. I do believe Sasha Grey is one of them.

Who cares , she is a someone willing to read to kids. Did she show up in a stripper outfit, no she was dressed no different then most teachers. A lot of todays parents need to be shot, they think everything is wrong and will unless then a nanosecond blame anyone but them for the unruly brats they have spawn.
