...now now you know the EX will be a large sword in his hand...

I wonder sometimes about SSCs choice of EXs, but that would really be a cool/practical EX for Beast

Lol no. As much as I know everyone wants the Xbase to complete their sets lol, it makes the possibility of a really unique pose difficult. Beast is also a character where his abilities allow him to be able to do things other then just stand there. Also SS wouldn't be able to charge us 400+ for just an Xbase lol

Any X-Man not produced from the cover of X-Men #1 is on my Want list...Beast, Iceman, Archangel, Professor X, Storm in white, Wolverine in Brown.

I wouldn't mind the X base but Cyclops is the odd one out... he's the only 90s costume not on an X (Storm and Wolverine PFs don't count to me, those are 70s costumes).

Beast would probably be better on a rock base that matched Cyclops'. It would allow a different pose, make Cyclops seem less random, and vary the line up which is dominated by X bases (hoping Jean is on a rocky base as well).

Instead of a lab coat EX I'd prefer switch out heads for Beast.

A regular with the Jim Lee style blank pupils

an EX with the old school style Avengers head. Rock base with this head, he'd fit Avengers PF line ups as well. Win-Win!

Beast has been an Avenger for a while now. As far as I know, the only X-Men who are or have been official Avengers members are Beast, Havok, Storm, Rogue, and Wolverine.

Haha I'm just not a fan of any of the X-Men who are Avengers. As Cyclops said at the end of Children's Crusade. "You Avengers stay out of our way." They are so much better on their original teams

I must say. I would love to see an ironman premium format that isn't completely over the top like the new suits. Also, original Falcon pf. With huge outspread wings! Like 30 inches wide! Haha

I would look really cool if Beast had a lab coat, but I'm afraid they'd have to give him a detachable arm to get it on and off. Then it wouldn't look that good with the coat off because it'd be hard to hide the seam lines on Beast. I'd be a little afraid of the same problem with a COH. I think it would be best to give him some kind of complimenting display piece that you could set next to him and just keep his sculpt as one solid piece so it wouldn't disrupt the flow of his fur.

I would like a Beast PF. He would really stand-out in any collection. I would prefer him not to be on an X base though. I just prefer my PF's on a detailed dio base like what the Comic DC characters have been getting.

Change isn't always good, but it can be. I prefer Classic Avengers members like you do. As much as I like Wolverine I hate him on the Avengers, but overall the Avengers' expansion into a huge super force is not only cool (additions that make sense like Hyperion and Manifold, who bring more raw power and teleportation), but logical for a group that wants to be the #1 hero team.

Beast was an original X-Man in 1963. X-Men ran until 1970 and went in to reprints.
He reappeared before the new team's formation in Giant Size X-Men and it was NOT as an X-Man. He didn't even know who they were at first.

He guest appeared but didn't rejoin the X-Men until 1991 with the other original members.
That's roughly 20 YEARS Beast was not an X-Man. And he had iris and pupils before Jim Lee decided he didn't lol

The lab coat would definitely look cool... I'm sure if SS wanted, they can engineer it =)... The xmen pf line, the base are just downright messy, some x base, some rock base... Y can't they just keep it simple same base
