That's an awesome prop, DarthRusty. It's a simple piece, but the history behind it, and what it represents is what makes it so cool. It's one of those items where most of the time people probably wouldn't know what it is, but once you explain it to them I bet they'd have an appreciation for it.

If you're talking about the TIE Oxixo (Vaders Wingman), then no that one has not shipped yet. The regular one has.
