It was in reference to DHAVAL losing his NRD.What do you mean by getting the NRD back? If someone cancels? Or the credit they sometimes give you as compensation for delays?
I called them today and the rep I talked to had no idea about any delays with this, we will have to see
Sorry Python but I cannot confirm with 100% accuracy that the October date will stick. Given how long it's been already and how far it was pushed back I can say the team is working really hard to ensure that October date sticks but an issue could always arise between now and before it ships that could prevent that month from sticking.
The production team isn't satisfied with how this piece is coming out and so bumped it back to have more time spent to make sure this piece is coming out as a glorious Predator piece!
I certainly understand the frustration that you and so many have when an item does get delayed (not only by a month but by many many months) and for that I truly do apologize for that frustration. I can only hope that once this item is in hand that some, if not all, of that frustration will dissipate. Additionally, for those that are too frustrated and fear that canceling will cause them to lose any money already invested (either through an NRD or FLEXPay), please contact our Customer Service department and they can cancel your order and give you a full refund due to the delay on this piece.
Stand was confirmed a long time ago, still haven't seen it though.
They're obviously not getting what they've been asked to do right so expecting improvements?Praying that all these delays will somehow result with an accurate masked and unmasked headsculpt.
