tell me about it! there were quite a few props that were made for the dead end film that didn't see the light of day but thanks to fans like us companies like NECA are coming out to with dead end collectibles. I happened to own the original wasp bio and couldn't be more happier about it. the paint job on it its just amazing!Ah, that's ashamed. Thought we had a nice clean look at the film used mask there.
Well, they did an amazing job on that. Looks more screen accurate than just about any replica I've seen out there.
In fact the Predator suits used for that Dead End short look better than anything that showed up in AvP or the other new movies in my opinion. Hmm...

it really its a shame that fans (even thought they were professionals) get the job done better than big time movie studios.
that P2 bio in the pics you posted its a testament to that. the weathering its amazing and one thing that few people notice it's the change on the right hand cheek (left side if you're looking at it) there are two ports or scallops(don't know what to call them) but on the HCG and sideshow sculpt one of them(the bottom one) has been flatten out.
I'm still on the fence about picking this one up
I mean.. I like my HCG better than the sideshow but have been considering picking it up just for the base then contact the guy who owns the mold for the P2 bio posted in the pics and have a copy made and painted by him and place it on the sideshow base. that would e a sick display!JR_ABOBO

Unless pics do not show the box or stand or its says "raw", nope...it is probably just cheap.
I got mine for 205 + 45 shipping.
In hand it was not as bad as pics/thread made it seem.
The, what looks like wrapped base points/ends...looking at mine, the base appears to be off of the ground a little due to the pads. So I think the shading of the ends + the base being slightly elevated, makes them look curled a bit in images.
The crooked hole for inserting the mask onto the stand, there is a enough room/give in mine, that I can move the mask to line up proper with a small tilt.
Overall, cant wait to find a P1 Bio for the same price or lower.

It says brand new and never opened so it will be boxed. Haven't seen a recast of this one yet. Have you considered the HCG stunt mask? It's one of my favourite pieces in my collection. Yes it isn't the hero we all love and want, but neither is this SSC version really, it's just a generic P2...ish mask. At least the HCG version is cast from the real SWS screen used mask.
