What's the anticipated quality of these Predator and Alien busts? Do we know if they're Fred Barton lightweight or do they have mass to them? Has anyone actually had the opportunity to handle one? Thanks all.

That's my concern... No one that I know of has handled one as of yet... If it ends up empty it'll go back the way of the P1 bio sideshow put out...

Dunno but wasn't this supposed to at least be partly made of fiberglass? If so, fiberglass is light, however it is considerably stronger than polystone not to mention more costly to make stuff with it.

I don't care what this weighs as long as it looks great.

I used to like solid pieces but now I like to display things without worrying about excessive weight on shelves.
P1&2 LSBs always worried me in the Besta.

I had to buy a solid Butchers Block to display the Berserker Bust and hate having to move that thing.

I think you're dead right.


So far (for me) from those announced or previewed:

• Predator 2 No-brainer - and absolute MUST HAVE.
• Alien (big chap) Not interested.
• Aliens (warrior - blue or brown) Not interested.
• Alien 3 (dog alien) Would get if it was a full bust (shoulders etc.) - but not as-is.
• Alien Resurrection (warrior) Would get if it was a full bust (shoulders etc.) - but not as-is.
• Alien Resurrection (newborn) Not interested.

Other 1:1 busts I WOULD be interested in if they do them:

• Predator 1 As long as it is UNMASKED & different enough from the Sideshow piece.
• Predator 2 Elder UNMASKED would be ANOTHER absolute MUST HAVE for me.
• Wolf Masked OR Unmasked - depending on how it looks - always hated the Sideshow piece.
• Multiples from Narin's designs

Others I would NOT be interested in:

• Queen from Aliens Would be too big at that scale.
• Anything from AVP
• Predalien or Warriors from AVPR
• Anything from Predators
