Well, it wasn't settled. eBay can't really do anything they say, even though I would never have made the transfer if customer service hadn't clearly told me that I was protected and shouldn't worry. Now they tell me "sorry, that was a mistake, our representative was wrong. But you should go to the police."
The seller doesn't want a return and now he is threatening me with a lawsuit because I left him negative feedback... bad for his business he says. hahah it's so stupid. He has no idea.
so, no, it's not settled, but I'm stuck with this figure. So, I'll try and "fix" the 'left' thigh.
...But I just found a damaged Predalien on eBay for a good price that could donate a leg, but he doesn't ship to Denmark... I have asked him though, so crossing my fingers.
...or if any of you guys have a damaged figure that you wanna get rid of?

A lawsuit just for bad feedback when he clearly deserves it?! jeez man! What's price of Battledamaged predalien? Be careful if going to buy that. Then eBay gave you bad advice, what stupidity. I'm truly sorry to hear this and it's over a toy. I wish ppl can just you know deliver on what's supposed to be delivered.

It ain't for everyone, but I like it. About the only thing memorable from that film for me. Anyway, I couldn't find too many larger scale figures of it, so went ahead and ordered the Tsukuda Hobby 1/5 Newborn. Looks the most accurate of the figures I could find. And it still holds up despite being released some 20 years ago...

This isn't my pic as mine's on its way, and I probably should've asked earlier, but does anyone have this? If so, what are your thoughts, and do you have any pics?

Hi again guys,
Just wanted to give an update on my "two right thighs and no left thigh"-fix.
1: I cut the thigh with a Dremel and turned the socket part around.

2: I sculpted the two parts together

3: painted the thigh

4: and now I put the figure together. It fits perfectly and the only issue is now that inner and outer thigh are reversed, but you don't really notice. Finally I can enjoy my investment!

Edit: wtf! They are. What idiot put this hung together!? I'll try and turn them around.
Edit2: fixed. Looks much better. Thanks for noticing!! The person who put this one together must have been drunk. Two right thighs and the mandibles upside down...

Great work with the fix! even upside down mandibles. The guy that sold this to you must've been a very angry person in life. I think that's a bit too much to do.

Good job slikkerias. That thing is ready to party. And the stand works with it really well. I'm waiting for my dynamic stand to arrive so i can unleash him too.

Also considering moving my collection from led detolfs to black Bestås with led lighting. So it might have to wait till then.

Speaking of Bestå, has anyone displayed 1/6 Predators or Aliens in them? Is it possible to divide the inside to two levels in a step, so the back row is slightly heightened? That way I could have two rows of two or three figures per unit. Any and all pics are much welcomed.

Oh and I found Sabes' custom painted Medicom Newborn in the statue section. I hope it's okay to quote it here (it is an action figure after all).

The reason it hasn't been discussed here before is because it's a pretty old figure.

It's from way back in the early days of Medicom's figure making...

Looks awesome, albeit too small to display with HT's 1/6 Xenomorphs.

Hoping the Tsukuda Newborn blends in, size wise. If anyone has it, do share pics. It's an underrated 20-year old figure IMO.

Hehe, nah, now I won't notice now I think, so I'm not gonna go through that hassle. Also the only good thing about all this is that because of the missing left thigh, no one has been able to ever assemble this thing, meaning it's otherwise in like new condition. Would be costly to get another one like that.
