they just called me but still can't give a date for delivery got the same story on parcel force.these are with the pallette company they think!but the next call will be to arrange delivery before the weekend,so they claim.asked for this weeks lotto numbers but he didn't know them may as well had a go same odds as getting something you payed for from play

That seems like a good course of action...tho rip them to shreds on Friday...they are bordering on theft with there actions here!

is it worth while considering compensation, think about all the time on hold and talking and chasing down people......for an item of this value they have messed up big time.....

Just been on the phone to play for over 25 mins and i only lost my temper with the guy once so that was good, one point the people you first talk to tryed to tell me my order was cancled and i would not be getting one so i did bite his head off and he put me through to the manager lol.... aparently the pallet company picked this up yesterday and we should have them before end of the week. the said he will ring us all with tracking information when he has it. o also he used the snow excuse to blame on late delivery time lol ...........

I was told by Jonathan McFarland that there would be no tracking number as he said that they had just started using the company and the fact that there was no tracking number was one of the issues that they hoped to change.
If they are supposed to phone us to arrange delivery, they will need to phone us today in order to be able to deliver tomorrow. Has anybody received a phone call?
