Thanks guys, got it from a very reputable eBay dealer. The way I see it, it's not their fault though. It's the EX version with the skull. There technically isn't anything wrong with it, so they haven't actually should me a faulty product. The figure is amazing by the way, except for the damn head, I might try HT customer services. And see if they will replace it.

I can see it happening now already... I sure there be plenty more people who end up the bad paint job ver... It will be the luck of the draw maybe you get sent a good paint job maybe a bad one... 50/50 depending on how many bad and good paint jobs there our now... Judgeing by how many of the OC Batman EX turned be defective we could be in for yet anthor ____ storm form HT...

If HTs wont send a replacement, I would sell the head and get a better one from ebay. Sucks but theres not much else you can do unfortunately.
It was stupid of HTs to release that version in the first place IMO. Its just going to cause them trouble and piss off customers.

All versions from Sideshow should hopefully be fine (and other online retailers too, since they tend to get their stock from Sideshow). The Taiwan releases were exclusively PO'd during Ani-Com, so all of them are 'exclusive' versions. It doesn't matter which version it was, all that makes a difference is when it came out.

Not to be rude because i appreciate work and effort into making it. But it looks like crap to the mask that actually comes with Classic.
