I'd say the blades come out that far. If anything, they don't retract in as far as shown in that picture. They stop about where the circular portion is midway down.

I know, and every single release ever has been nitpicked to death, resurrected, and picked apart again. When it comes down to it, you've seen enough HT products and reviews that if you buy something you're unhappy with, then shame on you!

For me, this has been the best HT Predator released to date. A lot of people who have collected these from the beginning don't like the higher ES, but I don't collect these to make money off them down the road. However, it is nice to know that if hard times fall on you you can get some extra cash from them, but again, this isn't for everyone.

Bottom line, buy the figure.

I'm not complaining, it's just an observation. Although it would be nice if the blades retracted that far as it would decrease their chances of getting broken while trying to switch hands.

Turns out this guy was shipped out on the 20th and is waiting for me at home.
