Man...I'm not sure where someone is coming off saying that the NECA preds are better than Hot Toys...that is like comparing apples to oranges, a toyota supra to a lambo...they are in two totally different leagues and scales...

I actually collect ALL of the NECA pred stuff and a lot of the HT stuff ever since I discovered HT a couple of years ago....I love them both!

I am really hoping from the announcement a month or so back that the AVP preds are coming again in the 1/6th scale cuz I missed that boat and they are too expensive now.

Im not seeing heads falling off. Im seeing heads coming out of the socket because people are trying to tilt the head at angles that exceed the limits of the ball joint though.

That's exactly what it looks like. And the barbell joint can sometimes be a bit tricky to reinstall if you don't have everything aligned properly. Removing the head makes installing the plug for the bio a little easier, too.

This is my experience, I've had one Hot Toys figure come to me with a stuck wrist peg, and I've had no broken arms or legs, and this is after buying over 60 Hot Toys figures (Predator, Marvel, Terminator, POTA, Batman, MJ, Indiana Jones, etc.).

I've bought Neca figures in the past and had multiple stuck joints (which twisted off trying to free them), broken arms and knees.

Now I haven't bought any Neca figures from their Predator line or any other line, becauce after my ups and downs with Neca products I decided not to get started with any of their figures years ago.

I'm a "one time purchase" kind of guy, I don't like having to waste my time running back to the store to exchange something or looking through dozens of figures trying to find one that doesn't have a crappy paint job.

Besides that I like the 1/6 scale (I want be going for the 1/4 scale) anyway.
