Yes you can paint the beads gold using acrylics to get those gold beads back.

You can never go wrong with this piece, looks great and a good figure overall. I picked a couple of classics for custom projects, it's a perfect base to make any kind of predator designs.

I hope they brings the Jungel Hunter and inprove the face-and bodysculpt.

On the Classic, City Hunter and Elder, the bodys are to short(especially on the belly and the legs.

Further the Predators are with 14" not big enough. 38,33 cm are the accurate size.

The only problem i had with new body type is knee/tight area. Its too short. Ill make it little bit longer. Now my Classic has more heroic body proportion. Little changes but a huge improvement.

Yes, with this change it looks much better.

I dont give up my hopes. They change the facesculpt on the Elder, so its possible they change further things in the future.

The problem is, HT have not enough rivalry. Neca make some stunning sculpts, but no high end figures, so there cheap paint jobs ruins the final figures.

How were you able to extend the thigh area on the HT classic predator?

That was a pain in the a**. I add some epoxy putty to the lower part of the legs and paint it.

PS: Its impossible to do it without breaking the mesh. Mesh and knee armor are permanently glued together.

I just reposed my classic predator, and I think I finally found my ideal display look. It's always bitter sweet for me when I feel like I have achieved a perfect pose with a figure, because I never want to touch it again, in fear of messing it up.

This really is an underrated figure. I hear a lot of talk on this forum about what the need to own predator is among the sea of HT pred releases. Samurai, celtic or scar 2.0, and elder are all arguably the right choice, but to me if you could have only one, you gotta go with a kit bashed classic.

I doubt very much that HT jungle hunter 2.0 will be extremely different from what I have here (hopefully I'm wrong but not likely). I just really want a great wolf 2.0 and a 1/4 jungle hunter. I've cut my preds back alot and I don't want to overwhelm my collection with them again, but those two would be impossible for me to pass.

hey German beast , I bought some parts from you a while back , I then sold my custom P1 Predator for 300 and some TV Show found out and wanted to film it - nothing ever eventuated . Any way I got a new Classic Predator today MIB for 230.00 AUD - that's cheap considering they go for 280.00 onwards here and they are rare at the moment in Australia. In a few weeks Im going to see if you can make me a BIO mask, spine , necklace and skull necklaces. I am hoping one day you can consider making a p1 accurate shoulder cannon. cheers Mike

The Classic/Jungle Hunter needs a 1/4 scale!

The original, iconic Predator 1987 alien is the reason we are talking about any of the various other incarnations. I don't think it makes sense to come out with a Jungle Hunter 2.0 as the Classic looks so much like the Jungle Hunter. Seems redundant.

But a 1/4 scale Predator '87, that is very much needed and would be extremely popular.
Maybe even moveable eyes!??
