Just back from see it. It can't compete with 20+ years of original Predator movie affection, but still entertaining and enjoyable. Predators look great, Stan would be proud I think. I will certainly go and see it again.

i just got back from seeing one of the first sessions in Australia!!!
Was a great movie-the characters were ALL very interesting...Topher Grace's character was a masterstroke!!!nice twist there.Brody was awesome and the chick,well,if you think back to the first Predator movie well,,,i wont post spoilers!!!
Loved the Predators in it...some really great looking Preds,really cool action and very nice special effects!!!
My session was packed,but it is school holidays here,so that is pretty good considering it is competing against toy story 3 and Eclipse!!!!

can you say........SEQUEL!!!!!

No there was only about 25 people in the cinema(i love living in a small town).
One thing i was surprised at how early into the movie you see the predators.

I think there was a good 20 people in the theatre, not bad for 3pm on a Thursday. I think my only real disappointment was with the design of the Predators masks, which to me were a bit bland. But unmasked they and that's how mine will be displayed when Hot Toys release them.

I really want to see this but will probably wait till next week because friday nights are when all the obnoxious teens come out and talk and text during a movie rather than watch it.
