That's fine if you guys prefer working in sculpey. but regardless of what material you are working in, saying you can't alter the sculpt because its hard just isn't a good excuse. No sculpt is perfect the first attempt. Little tweaks always need to be made. There is a point where the artist can't see the flaws, but someone else can and that is where we come in.
I know I'm being hard on you guys, but if you step up to the challenge, you're going to end up with a much nicer end result than if you had just settled
BTW I was *this* close to buying your Ra's Al Guhl but Rainman's refusal to fix that sculpt prevented me from purchasing. But I've got my eyes following the Walking Dead very closely. And Lecter too obviously

Well, we do tweaks before showing it, it's inside office job, so you can't say just 1 attempt.

Me being a previous customer should have NOTHING to do with what I am saying. If anything you should be listening to me MORE than your previous clients. You haven't won me over yet like some of the sheep here so you should be figuring out why rather than ignoring me. Your previous customers will by regardless, but if you want new customers, you got to listen to what they are saying.
As far as its looking now, I'm definitely going to be buying a Rick Grimes. I've got faith that will continue to look as good as it is now
But I'm still not sold on Hannibal. I think this pic shows just how much the sculpt needs improvement:

Frankly, you would have be better off with going with this smirk:

We are painting new heads, so you don't need to say over and over ~
I am trying to listen my customers and fans.
and at the same time trying to protect artist's work respect as well.
I do not need to argue with you. Stay calm and just watch.
I did not say that we are no.1
We are just growing up step by step, so even though we noticed some changes might be better, it's not just easy to make it like that.
Deformation is changed everytime, you never predict exactly.
We have changed the head already, and casted a couple of heads which are being painted.
Once they are done, we will take new photos to show for customers and fans.
Anyway, I understand your words and very respectable as well.

ANYWAY, the new photos will be coming next week.
And people will have chance to cancel their order or not
It's all depends on them.
But the modification head will be better~~and I thank you Rainman to do this hard work.
The painting will be new with our style directed by Rainman.

Yes, Rainman did modification for so many hours carefully.
many parts are fixed and with new painting, it will be better IMO

Hopefully the new sculpt and paint will put an end to all the doubt and if it still doesn't appeal to people, just don't buy it and move on.

Definitely an improvement but still not there. I'd imagine that this is as far as they can tweak it though.
