Kinda makes sense tbh. The amount of people who must lock in then bail is steadily rising. Just look at a typical RM release, Iminime are likely not immune from those issues.

That's a bummer seeing as the people like myself may have to save up some funds within a day or so. Will there be a waiting list for those who want but could not get once the pre-orders sell out?
