Just got notification from LionRockToyz that she’s been shipped. Now the wait begins.

Exciting times.

It does make me wonder. With PT tackling T1 and T2, will they tackle any other Ripleys. I’d absolutely love an Alien3 version of her. Not as popular of a film and I get the reasons but I’d also like a Ripley8 from Resurrection

It would be nice too if they were to do like they’ve done with Boardwalk Empire and give us 2 or 3 characters - a Bishop and Newt would melt my brain, potential likeness and quality issues aside…

I've got mixed feelings about what I'm seeing so far. Not perfect by any means but it would be the nicest stock aliens Ripley we have ever had in this scale. Price is a bit much, though.

Sculpt and paint look good to me.

They should have included watch, top part of jumpsuit, jacket. Would love to see an alternative angry sculpt with battle damage

I hate this huge bases PTs uses now, they can change to a smaller one or include other stuff instead of them.

first invoices sent in OSK (a friend). My order, made 5 days later, and no invoice received yet

Its too much for something I know I'm going to sell. I'd rather just have a photograph of Ripley as a place holder. This only works if you're going to heavily modify it. Something cheap you don't have to worry about 'ruining'

we are on the precipice of a new HT Artisan Ripley. We're getting Romulus. Once those orders drop, they're gonna taste that blood in the water and go after it. Thats how they work, they get one hit and drive it into the ground. Bring on those neon tech colonial marines

Eh I think a new HT Ripley is about as likely as a new Dutch or Raiders Indy. But I'd still rather take a chance and wait than make do with another bad third party figure. Those days are kinda over for me I think.

They are, they just tend to take their time when it comes to shipping.
Mine has been shipped but the shipping info hasn’t changed for days so it could be their end or the info simply hasn’t updated via the carrier…

I bought The Martian from them a while back and had the same thing, just sat there for a good couple weeks and then started to move.

Cheaper shipping I guess, no biggy.
