Agree that the S17 seems best but I think its still taller than Nostromo Ripley. The Jiaou Doll 3.0 is the only similar body I could find but its even taller (10.75" , left in second photo). Would love to see Ripley on the S17 next to Nostromo Ripley. Mine is on the S19 but its too big.

I personally dont like the quality of the Jiaou dolls (have 2) so my Ripley its gonna be on one of those s17 hope it arrives before christmas

These bodies are all taller than 1979 Ripley so making 1986 Ripley even taller would make them more out of scale with each other.

I understand that. But even the OG Ripley is not to scale. Sigourney Weaver is 6 ft tall. Even using the s17 heightened, is the best option because of the clothing scale.

Too bad to hear but have you considered the Jiaou 3.0 on the left? Its taller and more slender than the S17 on the right. I also wonder if its possible to put OG Ripley on one of these bodies.

I had a wonder woman body laying around so I tried.
Looked cool but pin headed.
The weapons are also underscaled compared to the HT ones.
I tried one last thing, a padding suit and some feet extenders and she looks much better.
Since I got it to go in the power loader I don't think I'm going to spend more time or money into it.
She looks pretty cool as is for now.
Until I see if the s18b or another body does wonders to expose it by herself.

I feel if the replacement body is similar to what I have now, just with better musculature on the arms, I'll be happy.

Mods I did
(First I swapped the original chest with another pop toys chest I had, which had smaller Brest but it's not that visible it can be done with the original chest)
- thicker neck
- longer feet pegs (I had longer ones first that allows more posability to the boots perfect for posing but gave weird proportions when standing straight)
- Harness buckle
- hands ball pegs, I had those laying around (I don't remember where they come from at all if anybody recognize them) they allow more articulations and reduce the gap at the wrists. I had to Dremel the hands slightly to fit them.
-waist/chest padding suit, biceps part was cut.

The only thing that stills annoys me are the skinny arms but I have a threezero female body somewhere that might work great.

Another little mod.
Wondered how the pulse rifle and flamethrower were attached together at the front.
Always thought it was tape but no tape was only in the back, front was the flamethrower sling wrapped around the flamethrower then attached to the pulse rifle sling hook.
This one had none so I put one (actually used the metal hook from her bag, which was better than the plastic ones I had).

Oh so the rear sling should be attached to the pulse rifle, tape around both in the rear and then wrap the sling around the front flamethrower then attach the sling on the front of the pulse rifle?

I'm good with the rear not accurate as long as the front is, and both weapons stay close naturally.

A great to problem with posing is the hand are way too soft and can't hold the weapons properly.
I tried with the HT Ripley hands and it was on perfect.
I have similar hands on the way, and a watch

About the head, when I tried different bodies I actually removed the inner plug and dremeled it to make the hole wider to accept thicker necks and still have good neck articulations.

Really can't wait to see the what you guys are going to d with the Phicen and jiaou bodies.
