... if Sideshow wants to make it thru this lull in the economy, their best chance is to raise prices a little (which it seems they have done slightly) ^^^^^ slap QC in to shape and drop ES's considerably.

They need to ensure their products stay high valued works of art that hold their value for the most part even thru the lull ....

I'm all for a lower ES. Just like the good ol' days.

I think it'll be pretty low.. SS knows this will be a huge box and wont want it sucking up warehouse space for a year plus.. Also the price tag scared away most of the ******* that thrill order then cancel when they realize they cant afford it..

I disagree. They should LOWER prices considerably and make MORE, to sell more, for an overall greater company profit. Once people buy them, how much these are worth on the secondary market is irrelevant to them, just like it is to all manufacturers. A lot more people would buy their products if they lowered their prices, but they don't because they're just too damn expensive to afford.

Yes, just like the comic companies and baseball card companies did in the 1990's. Those things are priceless now. Flood the market, Have supply exceed demand, that'll keep us coming back for more. good idea.

producing more and flooding the market would be the best way to kill the longevity of their product and the company.
Look what it did for Sports Cards & Comic Books during their best years. Massed produced and you cant give stuff away from that period cause they were so over produced.

Rare pieces create value and excitement in the hunt to find one. Which in turn generates overall brand hype.
Dropping the ES's would increase the fanbase "want" of items and increasing prices would help compensate their income for the lower ES's.

Id like for them to drop prices so I could buy everything to, but Im talking about whats best for SS, not necessarily the collectors ....

I would NOT want that to happen. I don't mind paying more for lower ES.

That's right, this isn't about us, i'm in this so that SS only deals with the wealthiest individuals in the world and I would never have a chance to own a PF.

Add gold and diamonds to each piece of art and be done with it.

Abomination could have diamond nipples and gold teeth.

Red Skull could be holding a faberge egg instead of his cube.

The worse the world economy gets, the higher their prices should go.

I could care less if I can afford their next PF, I'm content if SS only deals with the wealthiest of the world.
