Actually, Aquaman and Black Manta are from their Injustice 2 license, which is 1:4 scale. It's the Injustice 1 pieces that are 1:3.

I'm sorry but just look at the videos from Wonderfest, Aquaman as well as Black Manta are obviously 1/4 next to a giant 1/3 lobo.

Also, it was confirmed just under two weeks ago now on the Prime 1's own Facebook group that this line is in fact 1/4, while teasing Brianiac.
