I receive my Optimus. Problem with left leg. The casting hole for the feet shield is not square. So it can't sit up correctly. The base logo also, it is resting lower than base when put on. I have to put paper or tissue inside to hold it in place. One of the peg on bottom left foot also broken. I have asked my supplier. He say with Prime1, all broken parts so far, complain. They never replied or follow up. Maybe someone can help here.

I thought about it for days and I just cancelled my order received full refund, its really a nice piece but with the delays has given me more time to think it over. If I ever change my mind I don't see this statue going anywhere anytime soon. I hope all who gets prime will really enjoy.

Did you cancel from SS? they let you do a full refund of the NRD? Im just asking cuz im thinking about doing the same.

I'm pushed back Cuz I have the EX but I reall hope with this push back I don't end up getting one that's not good and needs replacements by that time they will be all out of them. Same **** happen to my Wonder Woman had the EX got it so late when I sent a request was told they didn't have anything better 40 dollar credit or refund so I refund her butt. I just hope this doesn't happen to me again for OP

You made the right choice,this sucker is gonna be around in north America forever.I wish people the best of luck who have to deal with getting a replacement from sideshow for this piece,you can tack on another 2 months minimum to get your parts,if there are any left

Yes I cancelled from sideshow they gave me my NRD back because of the delays

I got a reply from simply toys, saying they have got in touch with Prime 1 for a replacement gun but i need to send the broken one back first, shipping cost will be credited to my account

Yes. The Autobot logo when put on is lower than the base. The left leg shield armor when put on can't sit straight up, instead it drops forward. Leaning in way.

For $2500 that is very shoddy work
