I agree. PS4 games look like the same generic stuff with better graphics or at least at the show they did.

I'm hoping the PS4 ups the anti a bit on the games.

It will come good. Sony tend to be a little slow getting the games out.
Im disappointed there isnt a launch Motorstorm . Driveclub looks ok but would have loved to see a next gen motorstorm instead. Especially in 3d!

I prefer Sony's launch games. :)

I'm not really into Forza or Dead Rising, Ryse looks okay but kinds boring and unoriginal.

Neither launch blows me away, but most games I want are cross platform, so no biggie.

Have Dead Rising 1, but never got around to finishing it - the timed crap got on my nerves

Agreed. Motorstorm is the only game that I really loved playing in 3D (besides Stardust). I'd definitely be up for another one.

I think it would have been better had each platform released a big name title on launch (ie Halo or Uncharted etc )

That would have really set things apart. There's a lot to be said for impulse buying. So many people would buy a system based on one or two big games.

I think Ryse could be awesome but may be ruined with to many buttons prompts.
Forza is a great game. Again Microsoft are going with a big driving franchise like they did with project gothem on the 360 launch.
sony does have Killzone tho which is big and looks very nice.

It really was damn amazing in 3d wasn't it ? They will do it but kinda sucks it will be a while off.
I wonder if the new killzone is 3d ? Would have thought so. Again, that was very nice in 3d.

Yeah, it was. It had an amazing sense of depth and gave the whole game a much greater feeling of speed, movement and scale. It really made me clinch my cheeks hehe.

I wasn't as crazy about the 3d in Killzone. Though, if they can use the new muscle to get the rez higher it could be awesome. FPS just don't translate that well in 3D for me. You'd think it would be perfect for it, but it always looks off.

so far i'm not impressed by 3d gaming (PS3).. sure they look great. but they're too pixelated for me in 3d. so better to play it in HD

There havn't been many but some were really great especially on the ps3. Motorstorm was soooo much better in 3d imo and was one of the only games where bits of debris and mud actually came out of the screen. I loved it. Also wipeout was very well done in 3d. Killzone and crysis were very good but other than that, there is not much else which is a shame.
I cant say I agree with games being pixelated. Infact, I thought some looked sharper. The 360 never really had any 3d games that stood out.

Anyone set up for 3d needs to check out Super Stardust too. It's real crisp and has great looking visuals. 3D is some of the best I've seen. Motorstorm benefited more from 3D than any other game I've played though. They should make 3D options for all racing games. It works brilliantly.

Those folks miss out I guess.

:exactly: I have to have both consoles. I want the perks of both. When the COD DLC drop's a month before on the 360 it would of pissed me off not having that & then I wouldn't want to miss out on playing Uncharted but then the 360 has Gears Of War, Ps3 has Little Big Planet. Your got the point, I need both :D

Infamous. Don't forget about Infamous :lecture But I agree I eventually get both consoles so I can get all the exclusives if I choose to do so.

Me too. I loved the game as it's a blast to play, but I only enjoy running around doing open-world zombie smashing.

~~So far Destiny and Killzone 4 are the best looking games for the upcoming consoles. The Order: 1886 also looks pretty awesome just based on the preview they showed, but I no longer buy games until I see more than that.

Honestly, I am gonna support Xbox one too, but the PS4 is my priority. With Xbox One, I am waiting to see how mandatory this Kinect is - if Gears of War 4 is Kinect only, I am gonna be mad
