Fixed the leg easily (don't worry still complaining to SS for a new body-I know its there and RE the googly eyes). However now its fixed I thought I would post a more aspiring image to we Punisher fans then the sad ones above.

There's no way the comiquette is on the close side of 1/4 scale

Well, the Com is in the background while the PF is in the foreground of the pic that's posted so that throws things off. The Com is larger than 1/5 scale. The PF is pretty much spot on. I think Josh says that the PF is 18.5 inches which is ever so slightly larger than 1/4 scale. 18.25 inches is true 1/4 scale for Frank. The Com is 16.5 inches which is between 1/5 and 1/4 scale. For true 1/5 scale he'd have to be 14.6 inches tall. The Com is 2 inches taller than the 14.6 inches he needs to be for 1/5 scale. The Com needs to be about 1.75 inches taller to be considered true 1/4 scale. So, basically you are looking at exactly 1/4.5 scale for the Com. When you display the Com next to the PF, it's about a 2 inch differential. It's certainly noticeable. However, put the Com next to the Deadpool PF (which is about and inch shorter than the Punisher PF) and the Com looks great. The only problem is that Marvel has Wade listed as an inch taller than Frank in full scale so the Punisher PF should never have been larger than the Deadpool PF. The scale on SSC pieces is all over the place. All I know is that if you put the Com next to smaller 1/4 pieces, he fits right in. If you put him next to larger 1/4 pieces, he sticks out like a sore thumb. Either way, he's an awesome looking statue in my book and I made him work in my collection by pairing him up with the slightly undersized Deadpool PF.

:goodpost: Yep the comiquette looks much better with deadpool. Its not just the size but also the fact they are both have fully sculpted bodies (I know DP has the pouches but its not a lot of material). Looks better together. The punisher PF unfortunately towers above wade.

Exactly, the Punisher PF should be shorter than Wade but he looks much taller. DP looks out of place next to the Punisher PF. However, line the Com next to Wade and they both look fantastic next to each other. SSC's scale has always been a crap shoot. Collectors really have to figure out a way to make each of these pieces work in their displays.
