They really need to do something about the words that are censored on this forum. I couldn't even post the word r-e-p-u-t-a-b-l-e in a topic the other day because it censored out the p-u-t-a portion of the word. What the hell is p-u-t-a anyway?

OMG... those condoms are one of the funniest things I have ever seen. People say Star Wars fans would buy a piece of dog doo doo if it has the words Star Wars on it... after looking at those condoms those people might be right.

Most of my negative reaction to these photos come down to a question of aesthetics. I don't like the "my house is a toystore" look mainly because a bunch of in-package toys is usually going to look like a mess if displayed together because the colors and styles of the packaging (if not its contents) don't compliment each other at all. It's just like decorating the same room with Victorian antiques and furniture from Ikea or mixing paisley with plaid... it just doesn't GO together. It's too busy.
Similarly, I chafe a bit about displaying figures of different scales together unlkess there's some thematic link; a bunch of Darth Mauls or endoskeletons.
Decorating using artistic contrast can be done, but it's really difficult. Maybe someone should write a book on interior design for collectors.
And I'm not sure why anyone would choose to sleep in a twin bed unless they share a room with a subling or are in a dormitory. It's just not comfortable for sleeping, much less for sex.

We have understanding and empathize, but we can also tease, because we are also teasing ourselves about where we've been (or still are).
My collection was never quite so huge, but I had carded figures on the wall and shelves of dolls in my bedroom.
Eventually I decided enough of that and took it all down and limited my collection.
I still have more than I can display in a "classy" way. But its more focused and minimalist than it used to be. Thats the way I personally like it.

as long as its clean and not dusty, I would call it a collection. if the collections is just collecting dust and you got no time to enjoy it, then what's the point?
I love collecting and have my fair share of collectables,but that's just plain scary!
