Actually, Devlinboy brings up a good point by dropping Destro into the equation. Now, if this guy had a house full of DESTRO stuff I'd move in immediately.

i cant wait to see the print. i think destro is one of the coolest characters of all time. im shocked that there isnt more destro product out there. maybe its the tom selleck open shirt look ..i dunno..but he rocks hard :chew

This thread has piqued my interest. 
I just read an interesting article from a journal that said that there are two types of addiction: 1) substance - i.e. alcohol, drugs etc 2) process - i.e. shopping, gambling etc.
Addiction to collecting anything (ie toys) certainly would fall under #2
And hey, I found this online. It's from a panel of experts on addiction who convened to discuss if playing video games can truly be considered an addiction:
"In lay terms, to understand addiction, it is useful to make this comparison: Passion versus Addiction.
Passion draws you to something; it increases the value of activities in your life; it increases your energy, your motivation, your creativity. You feel expanded, revitalized, and passionate. Addiction takes away from your life; it reduces your motivation to do things outside of the one activity. The hallmark of an addiction is that it takes away from your life. It makes you feel compulsively involved. You feel a compulsive desire to move towards that thing, where compulsion is being driven by some external thing rather than being driven by something internal; by your own internal creativity."
