I am writing here in the hope to get some answer from Asmus. I already sent 2 messages to their representative here in the last two days but I am ignored.
My Nazgul set came with broken wrist peg with one part lodged inside the arm and a missing sword.
I think it is only fair that I get some kind of answer from them (honestly I am hoping for supstitution of lower arm part from elbow down since only this will make the fist functional), especially considering I bought every figure they produced so far, and have others on preorder.
As an owner of the entire line so far, I must say QC on their figures is getting worse rather than better (honestly, how many tries does it take for them to find the suitable body supplier - all bodies so far are crap).
And if this problem is accompanied with disregard in customer support department I may abandon their products altogeter (which is a shame because I really like these characters).
