Any word on a re release of the Nazgul?
You will see it soon.Any word on a re release of the Nazgul?
I love that schedule but what about Throne Thranduil he’s planned for 2022.So, Sméagol is a Q1 release and the Nazgul and Bilbo are set for Q2.
That means Q3 and Q4 are wide open. Come on Asmus. Haldir and Galadhrim soldiers in Q3. Eowyn and Boromir in Q4.
Give us some orcs and Gil-Galad and Isildur in Q1 and Q2 in 2023. It’s a great roadmap to make a lot of people happy.
Plenty of room in 3Q! All the elves!I love that schedule but what about Throne Thranduil he’s planned for 2022.
Happy New Year to everyone.
@inyacher Once you have 2022 production details available, could you please share some of the details with us? Planned announcements for 2022 and maybe some reissues/restocks (Orcs, Boromir, etc.)?
Thank you very much
inyacher. From what you posted here. Is Asmus starting to pull away from the LOTR line?Hi Waiden, I have no product schedule for the whole 2022 year. The information I had has been shared in our forum.
To me, it seems like the schedule is just not yet ready to be shared or approved by Asmus otherwise we would not have recent Bilbo, Nazgúl pre-orders, and Thranduil and Gandalf the White in the development.inyacher. From what you posted here. Is Asmus starting to pull away from the LOTR line?
I highly recommend you to write an email to Asmus directly, email adress: [email protected] or Contact us, that is the best way.Hi,
I'm sorry to be a pain, I usually keep my enquires about purchases to the official channels but I have yet to receive a response and its been months.
I am still awaiting my Galadriel figure, which I have paid for in full (ordered 3rd June 2020, paid balance 9th June 2021).
I have since received a few deliveries from Asmus, so it can't be that shipping to the UK hasn't yet resumed.
Can I please have some sort of response/reassurance on this issue?

Collector Freaks is just a forum, not the Asmus website or support page so I am not sure why these kinds of requested are asked here. Also, I believe the Inyacher is not the Asmus Customer Support Manager, he is a marketing guy, so he only can pass your issue to the other teams that are responsible for this.
I would be trying exactly the same route as you, if Asmus were not answering. The person from Asmus that pops in here does seem to pass concerns on, so we might as well use him if everything else has failed. Like yourself, I am also in the UK and had to badger customer service quite a bit last year about several orders, but they eventually came. However, to be waiting since June for your paid up Galadriel is taking the p**s. Hope you get some positive news very soon.I am aware of those avenues of communication, and that this is a forum only - as I indicate in my message, I have been attempting to contact Asmus through the proper channels for some time and this is an effort of last resort.
Hi, for your order status, please send an inquiry mail to our service mailbox directly as other collectors said. Tons of thank you guys.Hi,
