Too bad it says "Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark" but I like the artwork.

Best news I've heard all week. :panic:

Bliss. :thud:

But why no theatrical re-release love for Jaws? :(

The one down side I'm seeing in my Fandango search is that all the screens seem to be of the "LieMax" variety. My nearest real IMAX screen is in NYC and that theater doesn't seem to be playing the movie.

But still, even if it's not on the mega-awesome, huge-tastic IMAX screen ... it'll still be AMAZING to see Raiders on the big screen with remastered picture and sound. :clap

Can. Not. Wait.

I'm so in! :clap

You guys who never experienced this on the BIG screen are in for a jaw-dropping good time!

Just the sound alone -- wait 'til you see the bone-crunching plane fight.

The younger guys won't know what hit them. :yess:

It's cliched but absolutely true in this case: They just don't make 'em like this anymore. Nothing in recent years even comes close.

You want to experience a genre film worthy of the term "masterpiece"? You can't go wrong starting with either this or JAWS.

I admit I'm am über excited to see raiders and temple on the big screen since both came out when I was tiny. I love last crusade (it's my second fave) so it will be nice to see that again and I dig kotcs so it's a nice way to wrap up the day.

^ Agreed 100% with Irish.

I'm so excited. It's going to be something i've never experienced. DVD players don't do this film justice.

I just realized that this is the only film I didn't see on the big screen. I saw the rest when they originally came out, but was too young to see Raiders at the time.

They really don't make 'em like they used to, that's for damn sure.

I'm really excited for this.

I haven't seen these films since I was under 10 yrs old so pretty much don't remember a thing about them.

Was waiting for the Blu Ray release to finally watch them in adulthood but this is even better :rock

I can't even comprehend how some people are not familiar with the OG Indy Trilogy. It's like...there's a piece of you missing and you don't even know it. :lol

Saw Raiders during original release, what an incredible experience this will be.

My favorite single movie of all time right here fellas.

This might make even more than TDKR domestically. :lol
