Rainman has the right solution, those people who did not pay will be blacklisted and their login info removed from his site, unable to purchase anything in the future. Sadly there are some jokers who have no intention to purchase and only want to remove one or more from the stock available to mess with others. Blacklisting them for life by their name and address on file will help.

I'm not that cynical, and would attribute this to guys with eyes bigger than their pocketbooks. But yes, I think Rainman should establish a deterrent to this happening again. It's got to provide a strain to his efforts to get these figures produced in a timely fashion.
