Likely too late but it can't hurt emailing the pic. They might have caught the detail already?

I think this is probably somthing thats better in the hands of Kato if some of us are interested in the accurate pair. I'll approach Kato to see if he'd be interested in doing the accurate style with the correct badge and back pocket embroidery.

:cuckoo: :slap

you reckon there are really 15+ eager to rebuy the same super expensive jeans they just bought with a tiny stitching change on the back? especially when you don't know what the RM back pockets look like. It's not even complete and you already want to toss out pieces to "upgrade". money means noothin
your thinking makes little sense sometimes

I can already tell that the shape of back pockets are cut Levis style so that isnt the right pattern. Im pretty sure if a more accurate version is offered, especially by someone like Kato who enjoys creating replica 1/6 scale jeans with great details like the brand badge and accurate pocket embroidery, people who also enjoy the fun of getting all the pieces as accurate as possble would enjoy it as well.

What part of my suggestion offended you because you sound mad over a suggestion that would complement the $1400 dollar figures that we've paid for already. Are you upset at how I choose to spend MY money? :lol

Seems like something that could've been caught earlier. I'm all for accuracy but talking of replacing pieces while they are still being made seems :cuckoo:

Just wondering why you don't post the pics or send them to Rainman while there may be time to "correct" the jeans. Have you burned your bridges with him and some from this community over this project?

I'm not one to defend Turbo, but I don't see anything wrong with him putting in input that could improve the figure. :dunno

I don't agree with a lot of people in here and don't expect them to agree with my point of views, but when it helps make the figure the best it could be I'll get behind the suggestion every time.

Whether it was caught by Rainman's team or not remains to be seen.

Yes, making Rainman aware and showing the jeans reference pics couldn't hurt was my point.

you know, there really is no reason to be jealous of people who start the threads. anyone who has done so before knows what a true pain in the *** and how thankless a job it is.
and dont worry, no time is being lost since RM still hasnt finished the driver release. so just relax.

I know I'm losing time for my hobby coming here. That's just frustating that this thread disappeared without explanation. It would be even worse if you open the next Jack Torrance thread. Of course no thread is needed if you are the one talking to Lee and to the mods. I'm sorry I'm not that guy talking to the figures gods.

But when you are a basic member like me, you are just losing time. I'm not taking it further. I'm sure I am not alone here. And I find it amusing the same guy can play all these roles being a middleman.

I'm not that cynical, and would attribute this to guys with eyes bigger than their pocketbooks. But yes, I think Rainman should establish a deterrent to this happening again. It's got to provide a strain to his efforts to get these figures produced in a timely fashion.

some people obviously put it in the cart because they want it, and intend to pay, but obviously can't swing it in the 7 day period. I think it a bit harsh to delete them from a site for no more purchases...
I suppose an available time limit/frame would be the solution, rather than sets just sitting on the site for someone to purchase. All sets up for 14 days - after that, whatever is still 'left over' is closed and production starts with the number sold perhaps.
Or they can just stay up for future purchases - if he makes them, I'm sure they will sell later - Instant shipping:yess:

Hahahaha, Burning Bridges? I was talking about jeans but I see your trying to get personal. You upset about somthing? If I had to take a guess I'd say that you really dont care about the jean suggestion because you didn't buy a Bickle to begin with. So do you want me to anwser your questions about bridges, relationships and emails or should we get back on track with my jean observation?

just got an EB Lee GOD bod in the post today. im impressed: when the arms are posed, the skin doesnt bunch up all awkwardly. i think this might be the move for a perfect Bickle--if i can get the swap to go smoothly;otherwise i have a dx04 lee body en route as a backup.

you like the arms but not the torso?

The jeans hopefully can be caught in time. I Think they should be correct....
I don't fancy paying another $200 - $300 ontop of the price for a pair of jeans from another just for the correct stitching...

(Note: Kato is the 1/6 tailor God BTW)

haha. not personal at all, just curious why you're reticent to share in this thread or with Rainman and eager to start a commission with someone else.

please post pics of the jeans. :wave

Was wondering about this. Can your item be taken out of your cart before you go to check out? What i mean is does having the item in your cart secure you the item for how may days RM gives to buy? Or do you have to complete checkout and get an order number or something like that to start the time span of paying for it? Bought all my RM figs on the secondary market so im unaware of how this works. Sucks that that many people didnt pay though :dunno
