I am sure at one point VIP's were allowed to help a non VIP member out. I can't remember what release it was now, but I am sure Rainman changed the ruling to one per VIP

For Anton, weren't there just 4 full sets left after the VIPs got theirs? So now ppl are getting hook ups, the GP has 0. Maybe VIPs should charge a fee for helping?

There were only 3 Fullsets for Vince after VIPs... heres the thing with this release... Im pretty sure theres nobody who JUST wants one of the two... It's almost like everyone who got Vince should be able to get Jules.
