I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a Fullset Bill, but bashed Bills selling at that price just off the strength of a Fullset Rainman Bill shows you how much that figure commands in the 1/6 World.

You should sign up for the financing option, making financing available to your buyers.

You'll still get your money at checkout, but it makes it more flexible for the buyer

I believe when you checkout with Ebay it gives you the option to Buy Now Pay later.

It should show up on Ebay though unless I'm mistaken.

I would pull the trigger on it but too many other obligations right now.
