personally I'm not ain't got the funds atm if he does sell I doubt he'll sell for much more than the 3500 starting price.BTW when i said no contest I meant go for Wonka haha Bill is awesome but he ain't got nothing on that Oompa!

Hmm do I keep on the lookout for DX Wonka or have a try at winning this? Decisions, decisions.
Both are difficult to get, but if you ask me Bill is right in front of you for the taking.
DX Wonka gets more and more difficult to get.

That's a fair point man! I would love the DX Wonka but as you say, it is so hard to come by. I will keep my eye on Bill for the time being then,

Talk to Mish and negotiate a price for Bill. You don't have to wait for the auction to end.
See if you could agree on a price and talk him down. You have to figure the fees for Ebay and paypal will run him around 150-200 dollars (Just a guesstimate)
Its possible Bill might sell for more than the list price. You never know you might be able to trade Bill for a DX Wonka down the road.

And it actually sold for that price aswell!
That's not too shocking to me. You get a Rainman head and Truetype body, and that's all you need for the figure.

I suppose that's true. The quality of Rainman's clothing is second to none and I can't really be surprised at anything anymore.
Yeah, "often imitated, never duplicated" would fit when you're talking about Rainman clothing. But I do think Robbie's accessories can rival if not beat Rainman's stuff hands down. His hat is superior to Rainman's.

I can't really comment on Robbie's accessories as I don't own any at present, although I will soon own the PF briefcase. That certainly looks fantastic and the detail is just unreal.
