I agree. $1000 just for the clothing does sound like a steal considering all that's left is the accessories and sculpt. It's a risky purchase if the buyer is missing these pieces, but for a $1000 I'd imagine that the buyer already has the other parts.
Still the type of money these bashes and loose parts are going for is really impressive. Fullset, bashed, whatever.... This figure is gold among collectors. I was on the hunt for an extra set of clothing to have weathered, but at that current price I'll just have to pass on that idea
.Apparently not worth 3500 tho lol I really think 3k is as much as any Rainman FS or DX will fetch anything above that your getting too close to Rainman OOAK money

I'm not too certain of that. We'll have to see when all is settled and it starts to dry up. I'm pretty sure we'll see skyrocket numbers for this. Truth be told the bashes are what have keep most collectors at bay. If it wasn't as easily bashed or if those headsculpts weren't offered more times than any other Rainman sculpt....Well you tell me how much these fullsets could have possibly been priced at now. I'm still thinking when the smoke clears the Original Complete certified fullsets will be the priciest of his catalog.

Hard to say man tho you do have a point at the multitude of options having a bearing on price. Way I look at it is what they have actually sold at. Correct me if I'm wrong but the last FS to sell on here was Tim's and it went at 2750 only other to be listed after that to my knowledge is mishu's on eBay which didn't sell at 3500. I think if you where to ask 3k for it right now it'd sell I don't think you'd get much more. Things change quickly in this hobby tho so who knows you could be right could easily continue to rise again.

3K sounds about right. But no one is really selling. I'm an OC collector. I need all the original pieces of the puzzle(accessories, special items). That's just me but I'm pretty sure that other collectors like this exist out there. I get the feeling that these things tend to work their way up so 3K now yes, but I can bet it won't stay at that price for long. Just a gut feeling considering new collectors, collectors who are completists, collectors who feel a major void in their Rainman collection because Bill is missing etc.

Hire a photographer to take some real nice pics. Hire a professional writer to write you a description. Hire an advertising team to advertise your post and then set your price at 10k.
