you definitely put ALOT of pressure (whether its wanted or unwanted) on Rainman with this Robbie....I have stated from the beginning that this was the ONLY reason I would get this...RM upped it with the twins but you just knocked me back into why I was getting this set (hopefully) in the first place....:)

Thanks guys. There will be a few tweaks before production for the better but I only had a few days to get this all together and off to Lee.
Some of the soldering was fast and loose so that will be corrected and also I had to electroplate the chrome so it's not as good as my plating guy. Also I'm going to remake the molds. The prints are brilliant and my first go on the molds just doesn't do them justice.

He's trying to finish it this Dec, but I think we should just leave it at his own pace and not rush him. I had the privilege of visiting him a few weeks ago, and I gotta say, he's prolly one of, if not the most hardworking guy I've ever met or known for that matter. :lol

Well said, he's super hardworking

That trike looks better than I can ever imagine. It's great that there are skilled craftsman out there like you Robbie and you Rainman, that have a love of movies, figures. and toys. This is a dream come true. Glad you guys are here

Wait I just woke up.
I dreampt the whole thing.

Well, back to toys r us, to see what 12" Hasbro figures they got in.

Just incase you missed this jacks boot ImageUploadedByTapatalk1419933817.010643.jpg

Hmm, the boots look alittle bulky maybe? It kind of looks like a pair of uggs from the side. The laces are way too even and I want to say perfectly lined up when Jacks boots were tied really tight.

Unless those are both the left pair of the boot.......the structure of the laces and how they fall should at least be distinct from one another inorder to give the boots a bit more personality. Sculpting the left pair and right pair as a mirror image of each other doesn't vibe well.

Also would have loved to see some real material used like Anton's or Plainviews boots. Sculpted boots don't really give off the illusion to well.

I agree with Turbo on the boots...antons( since I own him) has the best mixture of resin and leather that I have seen....I think the next best would be the judge dread boots and how easily they seem to flow together...for these boots...not so much....and yes...they do look like clogs....
