you know what struck me about that? i only noticed it once in hand, but the eyebrows are arched like his eyes should be wide open, but he's actually kinda squinting. it's like one of those optical illusions by escher or dali... fascinating could stare at it for hours.

It looks so much better! You've really brought it out!!

some more basic futzed pics. shaved quite a bit of the arms and shoulders and pinned the jacket back. as i feared, the tailoring is so precise that it still looks wide, but now slightly oversized too. but it still prefer it modded, coz at least pee wee doesn't look like the hulk.

EDIT: crap... forgot to snap some pics of the accessories... next round!

thanks, fellas. mags, i'm sure you'll be able to futz the ____ out of it, make it look much better than mine and love it. not to mention that bike!!! i realized doing the shoulders allows the jacket to come up around his neck more, hiding some of the length and making it sit better with respect to the shirt.

i asked conky what tomorrow's secret word is.... he said it's "mandatory figure-related sick day". now you all know what to do when you hear the secret word, right?

I've had this thing for almost three full days now and I still haven't set it up the way I want to yet. Just ordered a Chairy and I'm next up for Gary23's bike, so hopefully I'll have everything the way I want to by the end of August. I did have fun making his cereal box though...

The sculpt looks fine, the issue for me are the hands! They look too big and the skin tone is off, maybe using lighter female hands will look better?

that's the plan, dude i ordered the saeko city hunter ones a couple days ago. will need to repaint the nails. i don't understand why HT make their damn hands so big.

Great pics. I am still waiting on mine. Actually, I am a bit concerned as my tracking number doesn't show on either the EMS site or USPS.com. I got the ems number a week ago, and still no info. First time this happens to me, as I am usually able to see when it hits the states and customs. Have any of you had this problem before? I am afraid something is wrong with the shipment. I've contacted Rainman, but no responses.

Again, great figure, I look forward to more.

Thanks bro! I will give it my all! As for work, it looks like now the first glance of Pee Wee for me will be Thursday evening and then I have a double of Friday! No true Pee Wee love till the weekend!

WOO HOO...got mine in this past weekend but didn't even notice cause i had quite a few of packges come in towards the end of the week....anyways...FIGFURE is FANTASTIC!!!....really a top notch type of figure...the only thing i will do is get some smaller hands and maybe switch out the body somewhat...but at this point...i'm just happy to have gotten this!!!....this is my 2nd RM figure.......now i'm READY for BeetleJuice!!!!!

Rainman did a very nice job on this figure. However I would have to agree with a few others that the likeness is not as strong as it could be and the paint on the lips is a bit distracting. The tailoring looks prety nice and you can't beat the detailing.

I am having the same issue since last Monday when I first received it. It cannot find my tracking number at all and still have not received anything. From my previous shipments, it usually arrives within a week after I receive the EMS number, so definitely something is up. Still haven't heard from Rainman, hopefully soon.
