Unstitch the top straps from the inside of the boot with a thread cutter or an xacto knife. The bottom ones, same thing, cut them as close as possible so none of it shows.

Did anybody use the hand that comes with the Rainman complete set to pose for the cigarette? If so, did you use the hand that comes attached or the other hand in the bag?

I used the Hot Toys Gambit narrow hands since that one had a pale complexion.
It blended well in my opinion.

I found these on eBay. Not square toe but look pretty nice (SS Luke Skywalker Jedi Knight Boots). Any body has them?

Did rainman straight up replace yours or fix it free of charge Hector? , my gun has a hard time fitting in, cant go in as far into the holster as yours or snakes on the previous page, you can see it in my pics above.
