True that but why think about something that hasn't or isn't likely to happen? Just because one mistake was made doesn't automatically mean any more will be. Your stuff will arrive no problems as ordered I'm sure :). Everyone stresses out so much on here lighten up there toys ;)

hmmm....the transaction Wofford and I had shows for some reason that figure has shipped....unfortunately i didn't recognize the zip code as mine...i really hope RM is/sent it to the correct address since i paid for the figure....i really wish this dude would just answer some damn emails once in a while instead of keeping it to a selected few...bad business etiquette!!

Cut the guy some slack he must get hundreds of emails a day and his English whilst far from perfect is probably much much better than your Korean. He's also spent the last 3-4 weeks finishing off all these figure and preping them for shipping so it's no wonder email are going unanswered he's just busy. I think he has a translator to help him when answering his mail and I don't think he gets access to them as much as he'd like.

In a word yes. The preorder for this guy went live on the 2nd of December or something. Keep your eyes peeled in the FS section one will pop up pretty shortly I'd imagine. Theres 2 or 3 others looking also. Best of luck with search :)

you know what Bullet...cutting people slack over and over again is still no excuse to atleast answer someone's email when he is able to get in contact with people on the regular that have been with him longer....that is extremely irritating to have to hear from someone on the sidelines tell me to give him a break....i gave him thousands of dollars with all his customs....

one email to answer if and how he would have been shipping would have sufficed...and to see on the update that it may be getting shipped somewhere else when i constantly tried to contact him so that this "potential" circumstance could be avoided....is very FUGGIN annoying...language barrier and all...he understands money and he definitely understood when i asked him so re-send me my log in info the second time so that i could order anton, pee wee, wonka and other various loose items.....through email...so for me to get no correspondence after the fact...its just bad business etiquette
 
Yeah, I don't agree with bullet there. First off, I doubt seriously that he gets hundreds of customer e-mails a day. Secondly, if you have sent money to the guy I think he has a responsibility to be somewhat responsive. He seems to really care about the fans, but one part of showing that would be answering e-mails. If he is too burdened with his other work, then he should probably hire someone on to assist IMO. Folks have been trying to get registered for months with no help. I was probably lucky to get registered when I did. I e-mailed him about something months ago related to combined shipping and he never responded, and my questions were pretty important IMO.

While many of us may not know Korean, if my job required me to deal with Korean customers you bet I would learn it or have someone on staff who did. So, I'm not sure about the argument being made there.
 
Well to be honest I have no sympathy!

I tried to help you guys by helping Rainman and doing the dirty work for one of a better word. All I got was snide comments from a select few. It is a thankless task but an important one IMO. That petulance has now gone on to affect others.
 
i have never had issue with rainman. he seems to be a very nice guy and cares for the customer.
Have you not seen all the guys who have posted, attempting to get access to his site with no reply? I feel the worst for those guys because they have no chance at owning his stuff apart from the secondary market and markups that that entails.

As for Teddy, I don't think he should be relying on free help from the forum, even though I appreciate that you were trying to do that. He runs a business and should have folks on payroll who can handle this sort of thing if he can't IMO. He used to have a couple of guys that moved on, though I'm not sure how effective they might have been.

I really didn't mind but I think others did more than myself. I feel sorry for all the unanswered q's and problems as Rainman is a top guy that could no doubt use some help!
