you know what Bullet...cutting people slack over and over again is still no excuse to atleast answer someone's email when he is able to get in contact with people on the regular that have been with him longer....that is extremely irritating to have to hear from someone on the sidelines tell me to give him a break....i gave him thousands of dollars with all his customs....

one email to answer if and how he would have been shipping would have sufficed...and to see on the update that it may be getting shipped somewhere else when i constantly tried to contact him so that this "potential" circumstance could be avoided....is very FUGGIN annoying...language barrier and all...he understands money and he definitely understood when i asked him so re-send me my log in info the second time so that i could order anton, pee wee, wonka and other various loose items.....through email...so for me to get no correspondence after the fact...its just bad business etiquette

Fair enough if there's a problem relating to where the figure is actually being sent that is pretty damn important and deserves immediate attention language barrier or not RM should be replying. My comment related not to your situation in particular as I can see it's fairly important but more to the general attitude of most here on the boards at the moment. Everybody wants everything done yesterday around here and it drives me crazy. I genuinely hope your figure arrives safe and sound. It may not be right as he should be replying to you directly but did you try relaying a message through one of the few he speaks to regularly?

Yeah, I don't agree with bullet there. First off, I doubt seriously that he gets hundreds of customer e-mails a day. Secondly, if you have sent money to the guy I think he has a responsibility to be somewhat responsive. He seems to really care about the fans, but one part of showing that would be answering e-mails. If he is too burdened with his other work, then he should probably hire someone on to assist IMO. Folks have been trying to get registered for months with no help. I was probably lucky to get registered when I did. I e-mailed him about something months ago related to combined shipping and he never responded, and my questions were pretty important IMO.

While many of us may not know Korean, if my job required me to deal with Korean customers you bet I would learn it or have someone on staff who did. So, I'm not sure about the argument being made there.

100% agree wouldn't hurt to get somebody on board to deal with the customer relations. Perhaps Denny or a member of his team as RM is there art director and Denny is very very good at communicating with his customers.

I'm the opposite. This is the last time you'll see me in this thread before I get my own. I'm that way with every single release. Why? Well why would I want to let someone else have all my fun? I don't want to experience the unboxing of the final figure through someone else's pics I want to do it when I get my own!
